Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and confidential information.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, such as licensing, collaboration, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Assist clients with IP portfolio management and registration processes.
• Represent clients in IP disputes, infringement cases, and opposition proceedings.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Stay updated on developments in IP law and technology relevant to client industries.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience in Intellectual Property Law .
• Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and design law.
• Experience in IP litigation and/or IP transactional work.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-advisory capabilities.
• A keen interest in technology and innovation sectors.
