Interim Banking & Finance Lawyer - Remote (4-6m, IR35 Out)

Major, Lindsey & Africa is partnering with a leading international financial institution to hire a Banking & Finance Lawyer for a 4-6 month contract. You will support the Corporate Finance team on high-value financing transactions and work with Head of Legal and stakeholders.

The role requires 4-6 years PQE in banking & finance, strong experience with LMA/APLMA documentation, and the ability to operate with autonomy.
