Interim Banking & Finance Solicitor (Corporate Lending) in London on a six-month interim assignment. The role involves working on high-value lending transactions, drafting and negotiating facility and intercreditor agreements, and supervising junior lawyers.

Applicants will have strong PQE in Banking & Finance, exceptional drafting/negotiation skills, and experience managing cross-border matters within a fast-paced, international practice.
