Interim Corporate M&A Counsel - Junior

Major, Lindsey & Africa is partnering with a FTSE-listed international business to appoint an Interim Junior Legal Counsel.

This highly commercial in-house role will support a significant pipeline of strategic transactions and corporate projects, advising on private M&A across multiple jurisdictions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating due diligence with internal stakeholders.
