Interim Associate Director of Financial Management | 6-Month Contract | Crawley

We're seeking an experienced senior finance leader to lead Financial Management and Business Partnering within a large, complex organisation.

Crawley (hybrid flexibility)

6 months, with potential extension

37.5 hours per week

£37.67 to £57.89 per hour (up to c. £113k annual equivalent)

You'll provide strategic financial leadership, oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting, support transformation programmes, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance and financial sustainability.

Essential: CCAB or CIMA qualification

Senior financial leadership experience

Strong financial planning, governance and business partnering expertise

Experience leading high-performing finance teams
