Job Description
LHH is partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to appoint an Interim Employment Lawyer to its London legal team. The assignment will through March 2027.
Reporting to a senior EMEA employment lawyer, you will provide practical, commercially focused advice to HR and business leaders across the UK and wider region.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on complex employee relations, performance, conduct, grievances and employment risk.
- Support restructures, integration, harmonisation and wider change programmes.
- Draft and review settlement agreements, contracts, policies, procedures and handbooks.
- Manage disputes, mediation and tribunal matters with external counsel where required.
- Deliver guidance and training to HR, managers and senior stakeholders.
About you
- Qualified employment lawyer with approximately 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge; EMEA exposure is advantageous.
- Commercial, autonomous and able to make an immediate contribution.
- Financial services, regulated-sector or SMCR experience would be beneficial.
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice.
