Interim Finance Consultant

Leading UK property development group are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Interim Finance Consultant asap for an initial 6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the “outside IR35” assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with the expectation of remote working and ad-hoc meetings from time to time in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate core month-end process for a number of key divisions
• Develop enhanced reporting packs, to improve consistency and rigour
• Lead on budgeting/forecasting/planning, with support of other finance stakeholders
• Oversee small team of Management Accountants/Analysts

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant, with exposure to large and complex businesses
• Experienced Finance Professional, well versed in all areas of Management Accounting and FP&A
• Background to experience of long-term contracts. Property Development/Construction experience a bonus
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously
