Harvey Nash Group is assisting a large multi-site manufacturing business by recruiting an Interim Finance Director for an initial 6-month contract Inside IR35. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and acts as a trusted deputy to the MD, driving performance across Leicester, Cornwall and Plymouth.

The position requires hands-on leadership, manufacturing/FMCG finance experience, and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders while delivering value across sites.
