Interim Finance Transformation Programme Manager

Our client is a prominent Financial Services business undergoing significant change across finance. They need an interim programme manager to lead a number of workstreams.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end finance transformation workstream, including delivery of a new banking system and data warehouse
• Coordinating internal teams and external vendors, maintain delivery discipline, and ensure all sub-workstreams remain aligned to the overall transformation plan
• Maintaining current or designing new appropriate project governance, steer co and stakeholder groups to ensure successful project delivery
• Developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Leading or facilitating workshops with stakeholders, leadership and third party vendors to ensure timely delivery of the programme

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Significant experience delivering successful finance transformation programmes in regulated financial environments
• Good experience generally of the financial services sector
• Experience of leading programmes to design and deliver new data warehouses and new banking systems
• Strong understanding of best practice in programme management, including governance, stakeholder management, and RAID management

The role is a 12 month contract based in London on hybrid basis.

Day rate TBC. IR35 determination TBC but likely to be inside IR35.
