Rutherford Cross is currently supporting a well known Scottish organisation looking to appoint a Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting Manager on a 13 month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining strategic planning, commercial insight and stakeholder engagement in a role with significant organisational impact.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality management information, performance reporting and financial analysis, enabling stakeholders to understand key trends, risks and opportunities. The role also involves partnering with operational and non-financial teams, improving processes and driving continuous improvement across financial planning and reporting activities.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience within FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Ability to develop financial models and provide commercially focused analysis
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
