Interim Head of Treasury | London (Hybrid) | Immediate Start
I'm supporting a high-growth fintech/software business undergoing a significant transformation, looking to appoint an Interim Head of Treasury .
This is a rare opportunity to build a treasury function from scratch, working closely with the CFO to design the operating model, implement processes, systems and controls, and establish a scalable treasury function to support the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement the treasury function from the ground up.
- Develop treasury policies, governance and controls.
- Lead cash management, liquidity planning and forecasting.
- Support treasury systems implementation and process improvement.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
About You
- Proven experience leading or building a treasury function.
- Strong treasury, cash management and banking expertise.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, transformation environments.
- Fintech, software, PE-backed or high-growth experience would be advantageous.
