Job Description

Brava Education is working with a welcoming maintained early years school in North West London to appoint an Interim Headteacher for the full academic year, September 2026 to July 2027. This is a rare part-time headship, around 3.5 days per week. However 5 days will be considered if that is the candidates preference. About the school A small, warm and well-regarded early years setting A wonderfully diverse community, with most children speaking English as an additional language and a high proportion on SEN support An experienced and settled staff team
The role
Provide confident leadership for a settled school community Lead the school through its Ofsted window, which opens in September Work within a managed budget plan agreed with the local authority, which is on track Full handover from the outgoing headteacher at the start of term
About you
