We are looking for anInterim Manager with a background in luxury homes. This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from 350 to 500 and inside IR35. You'll have the chance towork within an Oustanding ratedresidential home in East Anglia. As an Interim Manager, you will:

• Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care.
• Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
