Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an interim Legal Counsel to join a fast-paced, growing international business.
Working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders, you will advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, support business-critical projects, and provide pragmatic legal guidance across the organisation.
- The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with circa 2–5 years’ PQE, strong commercial contracts experience, and the ability to operate confidently in a dynamic environment.
- You must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and be able to provide pragmatic and commercial legal advice to various operational stakeholders.
