We are supporting a large public sector organisation to appoint an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to lead a number of complex and strategically important healthcare procurement projects.

Description
Key responsibilities for the Interim Procurement Manager role:
Lead a portfolio of complex, high-value procurement projects. Provide expert procurement advice to senior stakeholders and programme leads. Manage end-to-end procurement processes in line with relevant legislation and governance requirements. Develop sourcing strategies and procurement documentation. Drive procurement activity to agreed timescales and project objectives. Manage commercial, contractual and procurement risks. Work closely with operational, clinical and corporate stakeholders to support service delivery and transformation objectives.
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
Significant experience leading complex public sector procurement exercises. Strong understanding of UK public procurement regulations. Experience within NHS, healthcare, local government or wider public sector environments. Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making. Proven track record delivering high-value procurements to tight deadlines. MCIPS qualification desirable but not essential.Job Offer
