Interim Senior HR Advisor - Manufacturing Nottingham

Macildowie are partnering with a Nottingham-based client to recruit an Interim Senior HR Advisor for an initial 3–6 month assignment.

The role is hands-on and operational within a busy manufacturing environment, with four days per week on site in Nottingham and one day from home, plus occasional visits to a smaller site in Knaresborough.

You will provide practical HR support to managers and employees, covering ER, organisational change, HR operations and payroll coordination.
