Our client is looking to add to their very experienced commercial team an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial role and fit out experience would be a strong advantage however not desired as this role will offer lots of leraning and development.

With a turnover of almost £50 million and an exceptional order book for the next 12 months or client will offer the successful candidate exposure to some very high-end bespoke projects.

Assistnat Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Assisting with final accounts
• Producing BOQ’s
• Assessing sub-contractor works
• Procurement

Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:

• Construction project knowledge (Fit Out Advantageous)
• Knowledge and understanding for various packages
• Ability to ensure projects are profitable and on parr with budgets

On offer is a salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits
