About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with professional standards.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and document risks and control weaknesses, providing practical recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management and the Audit Committee.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure remediation.
• Stay abreast of emerging risks and regulatory changes relevant to the business.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as CIA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
