About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and engaging Internal Communications Specialist to join their team based in Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies, managing various communication channels, and crafting compelling messages that inform, engage, and motivate staff. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an engaging internal communications strategy to support company goals and values.
- Create and manage content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, email announcements, and town halls.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to all employees regarding company updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate internal events, meetings, and presentations to enhance employee engagement.
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and adapt strategies as needed.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring two-way communication flow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal communications , corporate communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Proficiency in developing engaging content for various platforms, including digital and print.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working collaboratively within an office environment.
- Relevant degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
