We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Internal Sales Assistant to join our team at Ringmer Branch .

What You'll Be Doing

As an Internal Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping customers, supporting sales, and contributing to the success of the branch.

• Serve trade and retail customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Handle enquiries and provide product advice
• Process sales using our internal systems (full training provided)
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Support the team in achieving sales targets
• Help maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised
• Assist with stock control and general branch activities when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Friendly and confident communication skills
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Strong teamwork skills
• Comfortable dealing with telephone enquiries
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Working Hours

Week 1,2, 3
Monday to Friday: 07:30 -17:00

Week 4
Monday to Friday: 07:30 -17:15
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
