Internal Sales Co-Ordinator - Magherafelt | Permanent Join a leading manufacturing company as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, where you will support the sales function by coordinating customer orders, managing enquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery from initial contact through to after-sales support. Process quotes, orders and related documentation. Communicate with customers whilst delivering excellent customer service. Liaise with both the production and transport departments regarding orders and deliveries. Collect customer feedback, managing customer expectations and responding to customer queries. Update quote logs daily Order to place quote management. Establish, develop, maintain and expand relationships with contractors / consultants / designers and merchants. Be an integral part of our established sales team by servicing the needs of existing customers and increase business opportunities through various routes to market. Provide general administrative and sales support to on-site management on a daily basis. Answering the telephone, dealing with customers / visitors. Carry out any other reasonable request made by management. What you will need for this role: English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above. Be computer literate with experience of all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Effective telephone manner, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and sales experience. Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage a number of tasks concurrently. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure to a high level of accuracy. Ability to work flexibly on own initiative and as part of a team with a can do attitude.
