Location: Winsford

Salary: Up to 32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join an established technical engineering business in Winsford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical sales. You'll initially focus on customer service, inbound enquiries, quotations and sales support, whilst developing your technical product knowledge.

The Role

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities Building strong customer relationships Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities Processing sales and purchase orders Maintaining accurate CRM records Managing pricing, stock codes and discounts Supporting customers with delivery and order queries Providing general support to the wider sales team

As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a Technical Sales position, advising customers on technical solutions and supporting the development of new business.

About you

Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident speaking with customers Organised, proactive and commercially minded Good IT/Microsoft Office skills Keen to develop a career in technical sales Holds a full UK driving licence

Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in technical sales.
