Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and refine inventory control policies and procedures.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast needs and identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock movement and storage.
• Investigate and report on root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory control , warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with inventory management software (IMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with remote operational teams.
