You will be responsible for implementing robust inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status, including potential shortages or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock movement and storage.
• Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements and update records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
