Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive inventory management policies and procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including forecasting, ordering, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels to meet business objectives.
• Implement strategies to reduce carrying costs, minimize stockouts, and mitigate obsolescence.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
• Lead and mentor an inventory control team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in inventory management , supply chain, or operations, with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• In-depth understanding of inventory control techniques, demand planning, and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, suited for remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., APICS) are highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives in a remote work environment.
