Investment Associate - Real Estate Private Equity

I’m currently supporting a leading global institutional investor with the hire of an Analyst / Associate to join their European Real Estate investment team.

The platform has one of the longest-standing track records among institutional real estate investors, with investments spanning private real estate, listed equities and REITs, as well as real estate-related debt.

The role offers broad exposure across European markets, sectors and the capital stack, with significant involvement across both investments and asset management.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the development and execution of European real estate investment strategies
• Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Building and maintaining detailed underwriting and financial models
• Preparing and coordinating investment committee materials
• Supporting transaction execution from initial underwriting through closing
• Working alongside the asset management team on existing investments

Ideal background:

• Experience in real estate investments, M&A or another relevant transactional environment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Understanding of real estate capital structures across debt, equity, JVs and listed/private investments
• Ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly and effectively
• Strong academic background or equivalent professional experience
