About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investment Banker Associate to join their prestigious firm in Newcastle upon Tyne . Key Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and other corporate finance advisory services.
- Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and market research reports for client engagements.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other transaction-related documentation.
- Conduct due diligence, data analysis, and industry research to support deal execution.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with various parties involved in transactions.
- Contribute to business development efforts and identify new opportunities for the firm.
Requirements
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; CFA designation is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A analysis.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets, capital structures, and transaction processes.
- Proficiency in financial databases and software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ) is required.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
