You will be responsible for financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and client communication, working on complex transactions within various sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and M&A analysis.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials for transactions.

• Assist in the negotiation and execution phases of transactions, liaising with clients and advisors.
• Manage junior team members and oversee project timelines effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity for client interaction.
