About the Role
Our client is actively recruiting for an ambitious and driven Investment Banking Associate to join their prestigious team in Coventry . This role is integral to executing a wide range of financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic corporate finance transactions. You will play a key role in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparing client presentations, working on high-stakes deals that shape corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and M&A accretion/dilution analyses.
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to support transaction execution and client advisory.
- Prepare high-quality pitch books, client presentations, and transaction-related documents.
- Assist in managing deal processes, coordinating with clients, lawyers, and other advisors.
- Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies and market comparables.
- Support senior bankers in originating new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking , corporate finance, or private equity.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and corporate finance theory.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior management and clients.
