Investment Banking Associate

Metis Search are mandated by a leading TMT boutique investment bank to add an Associate to its team in London.

The firm has an exceptional reputation, advising on high-profile and complex transactions. The platform offers strong exposure to quality deal flow and the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior bankers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A transactions across the TMT sector.
• Produce financial models and valuations.
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry and company analysis across TMT.
• Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Approximately 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally within Technology, Media, or Telecoms.
• Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
• Demonstrated transaction experience.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
