About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions.
• Develop intricate financial models, including valuation, LBO, DCF, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Prepare marketing materials, such as pitch books, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations.
• Conduct extensive due diligence and market research on clients and target companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal counsel, and other deal participants.
• Mentor and supervise junior analysts in the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
