Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity, and debt financings.
- Develop complex financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch book materials.
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and company analysis for live transactions.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors.
- Support senior bankers in client meetings and presentations.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on transaction teams.
Requirements
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of capital markets and M&A processes.
