About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Investment Banking Associate to join their prestigious team in Coventry . This role is crucial for executing a wide range of financial advisory and capital markets transactions for corporate clients. You will be involved in detailed financial analysis, deal structuring, and client relationship management, contributing directly to the success of high-profile M&A, financing, and strategic advisory assignments. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising transactions.
- Develop comprehensive financial models, including valuation analysis, discounted cash flow, and comparable company analysis.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for transactions.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and industry research to support deal execution.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
