Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Healthcare sector.
• Produce financial models and valuations.
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry and company analysis across Healthcare.
• Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Approximately 2-6 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally within Healthcare.
• Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
• Demonstrated transaction experience.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
