The Training Programme

You will receive structured training in:

• The fundamentals of international financial advisory
• Professional communication and client engagement
• Business development and relationship building

Following successful completion of our recruitment process, you will relocate to Dubai , where you will start your development within a professional advisory office.

You will work alongside experienced advisors, supporting client relationships and business growth while progressing towards full financial advisory capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting advisors with client relationship management
• Identifying new business opportunities through research and referrals
• Assisting with marketing, networking, and lead generation activity
• Managing administrative and compliance processes
• Developing the skills required to become a financial advisor
