Investment Reporting Junior Analyst
Location: York, Norwich or Leatherhead based (50% hybrid)
Salary: circa £30,000 - £35,000

This role could also offer the scopefor career progression and it would suit someone who has strong analytical skills, enjoysworking with detail and is keen to gain exposure to a wide range of investment reportingactivities supporting some of Aviva's most significant investment assets.
A bit about the job:
The Investment Reporting team provides critical services across Aviva, supporting the reportingand oversight of approximately £400bn of investment assets held across our market legalentities. In this role, you will support the delivery of core business-as-usual activities, helpingthe team provide accurate statutory and regulatory reporting, high-quality investment data andkey information to stakeholders across the business.
You will contribute to month-end and intra-month reporting processes, support investmentdata validation and enrichment activities, and help deliver information to teams acrossActuarial, ALM, Tax and Investments.
Alongside this, you will support reporting requirementsincluding IFRS disclosures, Solvency II reporting, credit risk reporting and investment datacontrols. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a broad understanding of investment reportingwhile developing technical and stakeholder management skills within a team that supports thewider business every day.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with large volumes of financialor investment data with a good level of Excel skills.
- Previous experience in finance, investments, accounting or reporting, supported byrelevant qualifications, studies or practical experience
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes and controls.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleaguesand stakeholders.

- Salary : circa£30,000 - £35,000 -depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
