IPS Employment Specialist - Mental Health & Community Support

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 5 Employment Specialists to support people with mental health conditions into paid employment across Dorset, using IPS principles.

Role requires weekly face-to-face engagement with employers, CVs/applications support, interview prep, and ongoing in-work support in the community. DBS check is required and a full UK driving licence with own vehicle is essential.
