IRRBB Change Lead (12‑Month FTC) – Hybrid

Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds is recruiting an IRRBB Change Lead on a 12‑month FTC to shape the future of interest rate risk in the banking book. You will be a senior SME with exposure to Group Corporate Treasury and deliver regulatory and transformational change.

We require 2+ years in IRRBB/Treasury within regulated financial services, strong model risk governance understanding, and proven ability to translate complex outputs into clear messaging for governance forums.
