Job Responsibilities
- Design and Estimation:
- Prepare comprehensive designs and cost estimates for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), ICT, and security systems including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, IPTV & SMATV, Telephony Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, and Audio-Video Intercom Systems.
- Interpret and analyze client-provided drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from Initial For Construction (IFC) drawings and manage estimates using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, ICT, or related fields.
- Proven experience in ELV, ICT, and security systems design and estimation.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and industry standards.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with leading ELV and security system vendors.
- Strong background in BOQ preparation, estimation, and project cost management.
- Experience in system troubleshooting, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
