About the Role
Our client is recruiting an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst to be part of their central IT support team in Leeds . This role is essential for providing first-line technical support to employees across the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving a wide range of IT issues, from software glitches to hardware malfunctions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong customer service skills and a patient attitude.
- A desire to learn and develop technical skills.
