IT Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager to oversee technology-driven projects in their Birmingham office. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business needs and are completed within defined timelines and budgets. This role is critical for upgrading and maintaining the company's technological infrastructure and supporting digital transformation initiatives, requiring a detail-oriented individual with strong technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from conception and initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure all IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Solid technical background, with understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
