Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of IT roles, including software development, cybersecurity, and data science.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals within the Manchester region.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the IT market, emerging technologies, and talent availability.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the smooth onboarding of successful candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on the IT sector.
• Solid understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy desk with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
