IT Service Analytics & Process Improvement Analyst

Markel Group in the UK is seeking a data-driven Business Systems Analyst to support IT Operations. In a 12-month FTC, you will provide data insight, performance quality, and improvements across the IT Service Operations team, focusing on analytics, ITSM processes, and efficiency.

You’ll create ad-hoc reports (ServiceNow or Power BI), drive small improvement projects, coordinate Europe and APAC service plans, produce monthly scorecards, and monitor incident and request handling to spot patterns
