IT Service Delivery Lead – Windows & Networks

MASS is seeking an IT Service Delivery Engineer to lead a team of Delivery Engineers while delivering secure, complex IT projects for customers and partners. Based in St Neots, the role combines people management with hands-on technical delivery across networks, servers and security.

Travel to UK customer sites is required, with some overseas trips. You will own tasking, monitor systems, provide 3rd line support, and contribute to solution design in a fast-paced environment.
