IT Service Desk Analyst — On-Site Radstock Support & Growth

Juice Recruitment is supporting a growing organisation in Radstock to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst. You will provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, systems and devices within a busy IT team, troubleshooting incidents and managing service requests with clear updates to users.

The role requires an IT qualification or strong foundational IT knowledge, good troubleshooting and customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. On-site role based in Radstock, Somerset.
