IT Service Desk Lead — Maternity Cover, 12–15 Months

Lookers Limited is seeking a Service Desk Manager on a 15-month maternity cover contract to lead IT support functions across the organisation. You will drive service delivery for the Service Desk, 2nd Line and User Access teams, ensuring high-quality support, governance, and continuous improvement.

You will own the ITSM platform roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and deliver operational reporting to leadership.
