IT Service Desk Technician: Windows & 365 Expert

Holmes & Hills Solicitors is seeking a capable 1st/2nd Line IT Support Desk Technician to serve over 220 colleagues across seven offices. The role focuses on hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and business applications, delivering responsive support in a professional manner.

The successful candidate will travel to offices as needed with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and provide on-site, remote and telephone support from an office-based base in Marks Tey, Colchester.
