IT Services Leader – MSP Operations & Projects

IMT Resourcing Solutions in Worcester is seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to lead its technical service operation across support, field services and project delivery. You will develop the technical team, drive service standards and act as a senior point of contact.

The role requires at least 3 years' leadership within a technical MSP environment, strong knowledge of service management, SLAs and KPIs, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and cyber security.
