Your role as an IT Apprentice will include:

• To provide technical assistance and software assistance during and outside of lessons.
• To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
• To work alongside the Network Managers & Senior Technicians to continually develop the IT infrastructures.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
• Install and terminate switches & seamless wifi solutions.
• Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
• To help arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house by liaising with relevant admin staff.
