IT Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line (Windows & MacOS)

First Base in Stroud, Gloucestershire, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the internal IT team. The role covers 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and end-user issues, with a mix of Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, Entra ID, networking, mobile devices and AV tech.

You’ll own issues through to resolution, provide user support at all levels and have opportunities to contribute to wider IT projects and improvements.
